To the Parents and Students in Fulton, Mississippi

What kind of loser jackasses are you?

Not only can you not have gays at your secret prom…you can’t have learning disabled kids either?

To the folks who started Constance, Quit Yer Cryin on facebook?  Really?  You are gonna celebrate your bigotry?

  1. I’ve been watching this case for a while, I’d love to claim it shocks me…but it doesn’t.

My parents are from Mississippi, and since they are of different skintones and thus got death threats, and the local authorities saying they didn’t care, just about 30 years ago.

To this day alot of the family doesn’t accept us, we don’t get invited to family functions or anything of the like.

Not saying Mississippi is the only place with bigotry by any means, but it’s just a place I have a lot of personal experience with.

Hell, don’t forget it was as recent as 2008 one Mississippi school had it’s first RACIALLY INTEGRATED prom

My heart goes out to all those like Constance and the other kids who don’t fit the mold in these places.

It makes me very glad my parents decided to move to New Orleans before I was born so I could be raised in a city that, while it has it’s problems, generally allows people to be who they are.

  2. If it makes you guys feel better, that facebook site has been overrun by people calling the Constance QYC bigots outon what idiots they are. Sweet karma!
