Twitter Ethics

I am just wondering…is it considered rude if you start to “follow” someone and they do not “follow” you back?  If so, I have some people I need to address.

Gee Nathan Fillion and Eliza Dushku…what, your shows get picked up for a second season and you are to good to read my comments about how the fact that cake  diets do not help you lose weight proves there is no intelligent design?

Is Kevin Smith to busy to notice my pitches for reality shows?!

Joe quesada to big to hear my Spider-Man pitches?!?!

Aziz Ansari, Mindy Kaling, Rob Corddry and a host of other comedy folks: Are you just to funny to take the time to hear my suggestions?!?!?!?!?!?!

DIablo Cody, are you just to busy writing columns for EW and scripts to notice my ideas for great movies?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?

Uh…sorry about that folks.  I-I don’t know what came over me.  I mean, I know it is rather unfair to get upset that someone in the entertainment industry doesn’t follow some yahoo they do not know.  I mean, it makes sense that they follow people they know and work with.  They have families and jobs, and certainly are not somehow obligated to follow me on Twitter.  Celebrities, in fact, do not owe me anything.  Except maybe Neil Gaiman.  GAAAAAAAIIIIIIIIIMAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAN !!!!!!!!!! (picture me shouting-fists raised to the sky)

So, my apologies to all the celebrity Twitter folk I flipped out on there.  I didn’t mean it.  Really.  Just follow me… please?  Pretty please?
