The Religious Nature Of Comics Fandom

Clearly, this is an indisputable fact!!!! It’s very clear that like in Christianity where you are either for God or against God…in fandom you are for Marvel or against them. You are either for DC or Against them. And if you are lukewarm? Either side will will spit you out.

How dare you try and serve two masters!!! It’s Marvel or it is DC. Or maybe it is like a church schism…YEAH! That’s it! Why, it’s Pope Didio the first and Pope Quesada the first. Yes…this is even better. Which one is a possible anti-Christ? Well, depends on which side of the fray you sit, really. If you are DC, obviously, Pope Quesada is the heretic.

So…who are the patron saints? Where do writers and artists fit in?
